Shawn really was awesome, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, professional and he made me more comfortable. I was really nervous. He explained everything to me in simple terms. He assured me that I would get my vehicle. Even though my credit is not yet where I want it to be. He was never ever pushy. He made me feel that I was his only customer lol. He also made sure that my ride before driving off of the lot is dependable. I came in rushed the day I came in to Homer Skeleton. Mainly bc I came with someone. He responded to every text and call. And honestly he communicated with me. I knew then that he was even more serious on making sure I drove off of the lot with a ride from Homer Skelton Ford!

Also, not only did Shawn make purchase simple, he also made sure I loved my ride. Not just test driving it but he knew everything about my ride without even looking up the specs.

Everyone was friendly. Even the lady at the desk. However, what mattered to me most was that Shawn cared. That I wasn't just a number. I never planned to get a ride from Ford. I came with my sister to get her truck serviced. I needed a ride and said why not. Low and behold Shawn was there. I love my 2022 Ford Escape. I never thought I would become part of the Ford family but here I am lol. I will see you guys soon and recommend Shawn any day. Common courtesy doesn't seem to be common anymore. But Shawn went above and beyond. Thank you ?? Shawn!
